Shipping & Returns
At 88SHEEP we believe there are positive solutions to the challenge of eco-conscious shipping. We pack your orders using shipping boxes, papers and tape which are 100% recyclable. And we are committed to offset our carbon emissions from shipping with the Carbonfund.org Foundation.
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday excluding Hong Kong Bank Holidays. Orders are generally processed within 48 hours although this may take longer during the festive period and under some circumstances. Orders received on a non-working day will be dispatched the next working day. All our orders are shipped with tracking information available.

Please note there may be delays due to customs once the package has reached your country. It may also take longer if your delivery address is in a remote area.
Delivery charge: from 45 HKD (approx. 5.75 USD) and up depending on the destination country and your order weight.

For international customers (outside of Hong Kong), please be aware that your package may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes and other fees according to the regulations of your country. This process may delay your delivery beyond our original estimated transit time. As the customer you are responsible to pay for these charges in order to release your parcel. We are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be and we recommend you to contact your local customs authority for more information regarding taxes and duties.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS - LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
To avoid lost package and delays we strongly recommend that you dispatch to a reliable address. Please ensure all delivery information is correct before confirming your order.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the re-delivery cost. 88SHEEP is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer.
88SHEEP is not responsible for lost or stolen packages which have been confirmed by the carrier to be delivered to the address provided by the customer. If your parcel happens to be missing, you can get in touch with us at email@example.com and we will provide shipment and tracking information to assist you with your investigation with the carrier local branch.
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We can only accept returns or exchanges of products purchased from this website. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Some types of goods are exempt from being returned. Non-returnable items include Gift cards, Downloadable products, Food & Supplements, Health, Personal care, Cosmetics and items on sale.
To initiate a return please email firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture of the returned product and order reference. Note that the return shipping fee will remain the responsibility of the buyer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
